While not a vitamin per se, fish oil ,which is an easy name for Omega III fatty acids, is one of if not the most important supplements. It is vital to almost all functions of the body.
Derived from plankton via fish or krill, fish oil lubricates EVERYTHING from your joints to your brain, it is the ultimate anti inflammatory.
